Farfalle With Red Peppers

8:01 PM

There is a certain period of every month, where a wonderful dish comes out without a perfect recipe or a perfect list of ingredients, as our pantry & refridgerator undergoes a makeover.
This was such a recipe. Fortunately this time i was only left with a box of farfalle, a can of tomato puree and some vegetables. So i prepared a simple dinner mixing all together, it turned out very tasty..

 Now to the Recipe ,

You Need:

     1 cup farfalle
1 cup red bell pepper [ or your choice of vegetables ]
     1 red onion, sliced
     1/2 cup tomato puree
     1 tbsp capers
     2 cloves garlic, grated
     1/4 tsp chilli powder
     1/4 cup parsely
     salt to taste
Method:

Boil the farfalle according to the instruction on the box.
Heat oil in a saute pan,add onions and garlic.saute until
    onions become translucent.
Add bell pepper to the sauted onions and mix well.
Now add the tomato puree along with chilli powder and salt
and bring to a boil, until the sauce thickens.
Add the boiled farfalle to the sauce and mix well to coat the
    sauce allover the pasta.
Finish it off with capers and parsely.
