Peas Pulao







Ingredients:


2 cup Basmati rice
1 cup Green peas
2 Onion (cut lengthwise)
3 clove Garlic (crushed)
2 Green chilli (slit open)
2 Bay leaves
2 Cloves
2 Cinnamon stick (small)
2 Cardamom
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Fennel seeds
1 cup Fresh coconut milk
2 cup Water
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Ghee

Method:


Heat oil and ghee in a pan , add in bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, cardamon, cumin seeds and fennel seeds, add in the green chillies, garlic and onions and saute for 5 minutes on low flame.

Add in salt, green peas, rice, and fry for few minutes ,now add in the coconut milk and water , transfer the mixture to a rice cooker.
