Chicken Tomato Pulao

6:27 PM

Don't get confused with the name !

Last Wednesday was Sanshu's 3rd B'day. We arranged a party at home for our close friends and i got to prepare few dishes and the rest was ordered outside. The party went well .The best & worst  thing was, there was lot of leftovers from the party . Best - no cooking for almost 2 days, worst- eating the same dishes for 2 days. There was so much remaining, even we din't feel throwing away. After almost 2 days , the craving for a fresh homecooked meal was very strong . Other than chicken & tomato, there was no other vegetables in the fridge. so i came up with a idea of making an simple tomato rice with chicken in it. So the name...
